A menu inspired by the seasons and the market


Here, there’s no fixed menu: Le Don Camillo, located near downtown Valence, offers several gourmet menus inspired by the finest seasonal ingredients. Vegetables come from nearby farms, meats and fish are carefully selected, and each dish is perfectly paired with one of the 150 French wines featured on the wine list. The food and wine pairings, thoughtfully created by Delphine, bring out the very best in every flavor.

Whether you’re vegetarian, adventurous, or a true epicure, let yourself be guided : every bite is a discovery.

Two-Course Menu : For those in a hurry at weekday lunchtime — 35€

Three-Course Menu : For a light yet refined experience — 45€

Five-Course Menu : For gourmet appetites — 65€

Starter

Chestnut velouté with mushroom ravioli and savoy dry ham powder

• gratinated oysters with black garlic from fanny, parsnip cream.

Free-range “étoile” egg, meurette-style, cooked at the table with onions, bacon and mushrooms

Black macaron with french duck foie gras (pgi), flame-seared and served cold (+€10)

Main course

Cod fillet slow-cooked for 30 minutes at 52°c, mussels marinière emulsion

Pan-seared white scallops with semi-salted butter, shellfish jus (+€10)

Plumas of pork, slow cooked then seared in duck fat.
